Information you provide. If you send an enquiry, the form records the name, email address, optional telephone number, subject and message you type, together with your acknowledgement of the disclaimer. This is used only to respond to your enquiry.

Information collected automatically. The enquiry record stores the IP address and browser identification of the submission. This is retained as a safeguard against automated abuse of the form.

Cookies and local storage. A single value is stored in your browser to remember that you have acknowledged the disclaimer, so the notice does not reappear on every page. A session cookie is used only in the administrator area. No advertising or tracking cookie is set by default.

Analytics. Website analytics is switched off unless the site owner enables it. If it is enabled, it loads only after you consent.

Retention. Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a professional record, or for the retention period configured by the site owner, after which they are anonymised and removed.
